Our clients an IT services company are opening a new London office & are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join them. They specialize in IT consulting for travel technology especially within the leisure sector.
Main responsibilities of the Lead Business Analyst will include:
* Represent the company at pre-sales meetings
* Identify clients requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions or task & workflow analysis
* Write requirements specifications according to standard templates
* Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints & other non-functional requirements
* Participate in requirements prioritization
The successful candidate will :
- Have experience of customer*client interaction & engagement & be able to build strong relationships
- Have willingness to travel & meet with customers to facilitate business growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities & resolve conflicts
- Have an indepth knowledge of the leisure travel industry primarily from a business perspective
- Experience in at least 2 of the following sectors Tour Operator, On-Line Travel Agent, Air, Cruise, Ferry, Hotel
- Knowledge of at least 3 of the following - dynamic pricing, dynamic packaging, inventory management, reservations systems, booking engines, yield*revenue management, e-commerce*shopping basket engines, GDS systems.
