Our client one of the largest Colleges based in Cambridge City Centre is seeking a full time Gate Porter.
You will be responsible for security matters, dealing with visitors to the Porter`s Lodge, fire safety, running a small switchboard and dealing with incoming mail.
You will need to be reliable, smart, literate, able to communicate at all levels clearly with an outgoing personality.
This is a 24 hour site and Porters are required to work a shift system averaging about 40 hours a week, the salary for this role is between £13,546-£15,736 with additional unsocial hours enhancement, opportunity for overtime and all meals and clothing.
