Our client, a professional body based in central London are currently looking to recruit a training administrator to help support the training and examinations department. The role is very busy and varied, therefore require someone who is organised, pro-active, ability to work as part of a team combined with excellent communication skills. Duties will include: - Initial assessment of applications - Arranging interviews for trainees - Advising about renewal applications - Drafting and replying to correspondence - Preparing and managing budgets - Preparing quarterly statistical reports - Maintaining and updating the website - Advising applicants of the result of their applications - Processing successful applicants applications - Dealing with enquiries and assisting the senior training administrator with more complex enquiries - Typing standard letters - Assisting with organising conferences*events - Ad hoc administration The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years solid administration experience, ideally within a training role but this is not essential. Must be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, educated to A Levels and have 40wpm.
