KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
At least two years experience in the use of office equipment and of office practice and procedures. A minimum of two years staff management experience in a similar capacity delivering services to clients Excellent organisational and administrative skills and experience of creating and maintaining accurate and complex written and computerised records as well as collating and disseminating information. At least two years experience of using MS Access database packages to input data and produce reports. Conscientious and able to work on own initiative. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels. Fast accurate keyboard skills (60 wpm), with at least two years experience of using word processing packages to produce well presented letters, memoranda and reports.
