ADVERTISING SOLUTIONS
BASIC £35,000 + OTE £46,000 UNCAPPED + PENSION + FULLY EXPENSED CAR + MOBILE PHONE + LAPTOP + EXPENSES + HOME BASED
The Company
My client is a large market leading company who are looking to expand in the field of Directory Advertising. Enjoying an extremely successful product over the years, they can boast some of the most prominent blue chip organisations within their client portfolio and have seen their turnover more than treble in recent years. They have developed a reputation for providing a solution to their clients exact needs, and, due to expansion, my client are now seeking to recruit several Field Sales Managers in this fast paced business to business industry. Reporting to your Regional Sales Manager, demonstrating your business acumen and positive attitude will allow you to become very successful, and be rewarded accordingly.
The Role
Your role will be to manage a team of 6 field sales consultants, You will be required to manage the performance of your sales team, ensuring that the standard KPI`s are achieved. You must produce reports, forecasts and budget for all sales figures on a weekly * monthly basis. You must take an active role in the ongoing coaching * mentoring of the sales consultants, ensuring that best practice is utilised in order to succeed. You will be required to spend 3 days out of 5 with your team and helping them maximise all sales opportunities.
The Person
Candidates MUST have :-
- 2*3 years face 2 face sales experience with a major blue chip company is highly desirable.
- Experience of Directory Advertising Sales ESSENTIAL
– Excellent man management skills
– Key system skills & knowledge ( Outlook, MS Office ) desirable
