Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant : Commercial
THE CLIENT: BMS Sales Specialists is a leading sales recruitment company established in 1990 with 5 offices UK-wide. We have an opportunity for a graduate to join our South West office, based at Emersons Green Bristol, recruiting sales executives for blue chip companies. On a daily basis you will be working as part of a team and dealing with all types of businesses selling our Recruitment Services, sourcing vacancies and closely working with Consultants to fill those vacancies. You will be able to earn commission from day one and will receive full one on one training from an experienced manager within your team. Our best performers have risen to become Branch Managers within as little as 3 years and with no previous experience, demonstrating our commitment to promote from within.
THE ROLE: You will receive full sales training ongoing throughout your career and learn about the Commercial business sectors including drinks, sports and medical markets.
When you have been successful in this role your progression will be to move to a Consultants role where you will interview and assess sales people and match them to job opportunities.
THE REQUIREMENTS: Naturally competitive you will have a strong desire to succeed at what you do. Sales experience is not essential as all training will be given but you must be looking to work in a fun, dynamic and lively environment. In return you will have outstanding career prospects, a long-term career and the potential to earn lots of money.
THE PACKAGE
Basic : £16,000
Commission*Bonus : OTE £25,000
