The magazine division of a National Newspaper is looking for a Classified Exec to work on their titles. Based in London`s Docklands.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To sell advertising space over the telephone and in face to face presentations to clients and agencies to achieve and exceed your revenue and market share targets.
To manage and develop your designated client base through service, lead and response calls.
To attend conference and exhibitions as necessary and sell associated spin-offs.
To ensure all client databases or record files are kept up to date and accurate.
To achieve a minimum average call rate of 15 calls per day.
To ensure that all booking paperwork is completed in full and accurately.
To liase with clients and the production department and ensure that all production deadlines are met.
To assist in the production of market share figures.
To assist in promotional activities or mail outs.
To assist in proof reading of advertising pages and producing page plans.
To undertake any other relevant duties as specified by the Sales Manager or Business Manager.
