Java, HTML, SQL Technical Account Manager - West London - £25k basic plus OTE upto £40k
Technical Account Manager urgently required by our client in West London. You responsibilities will include: Interfacing between our clients technical team and clients of their application platforms. Providing pre-sales technical support and product-specific expertise to their sales team. Providing post-sales technical support and configuration assistance to their client. Consulting with the client for feature enhancements and bespoke development, and communicating these requirements to product managers. Troubleshooting and customisation of systems. Demonstration of excellent problem solving and communication skills, backed up with commercial experience, will be necessary. As the role will include involvement at the software level, experience in software engineering with Java, HTML and SQL would be a strong advantage.
