Our client?s architecture provides the technology foundation for consumers to access and enjoy media-rich content while at home through digital video displays or transmitted to every parts of the home through media distribution networks.
Our client?s Intellectual Property also supports the consumer?s need for security, media acceleration and portability, which are becoming of increased importance as digital products become more complex and connected.
Job Description
Our client is investing significant new resources to accelerate its on-chip Fabric business and they are now looking to recruit a
Marketing Manager (Design Automation) who will drive our client?s strategic program to ensure that the Fabric is clearly recognized as being supported by best-in-class design flows, using a mix of internal development and partnership with EDA providers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive strategy based upon a mix of internal development where necessary, and partnership, to build complete design flows from ESL to Silicon for our clients Fabrics.
Work closely with our client?s EDA Partners to achieve the above.
Work closely with our client?s Engineering to achieve the above.
Be a champion for SPIRIT as part of this activity.
Drive marketing campaign to build recognition of design automation solutions and customer benefits around our clients Fabrics.
Develop our client?s collateral and joint collateral with our clients design automation partners.
Develop appropriate business models around our clients Fabric design automation.
Experience
Qualified candidates should have:
Good knowledge of SoC (System on Chip) and EDA (Electronic Design Automation) markets.
Proven track record in marketing or related discipline
Track record of developing strategic programmes.
Ideal candidates should also have:
Degree-level qualification in relevant area
A personal network in EDA will be a strong advantage.
Education
MBA, or similar management*marketing qualification.
Personal
Self-starter with the drive to make things happen.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent manner with customers and partners.
Must be totally customer-focused in all things.
Must be highly responsive.
