IT Helpdesk Support Analyst
IT Helpdesk Support Analyst. You must have solid 1st line Desktop Support experience within a Windows 2000 environment and broad experience of MS products.
Ideally you will also have experience of supporting legal, accounting or similar packages and will be able to communicate at all levels effectively.
Primary responsibility to take initial call and either provide immediate fix or escalate accordingly.
