Content*Software Developer - Italian gaming market - London
Content*Software Developer sought by digital networked entertainment and gaming company to support expansion into Italy.
Ideally you will have 3 years experience of the following:
Java2
Multi-Threaded Java applications
Event driven programming
Java XML API`s
SOAP Protocol
JNI
JMS
Servlet API and web application frame-work
Flash MX including communications with other (non-Flash) processes
Windows 2000*XPe
Perl or PHP would be desirable
Experience of Apache (CGI, perl_mod) or other web servers
Knowledge of databases (ideally Oracle)
Knowledge of TCP*IP and network issues
Additionally you should be capable of analysing complex problems*business requirements and proposing solutions that are fit for purpose.
Responsibilities will include: modifying core platform to support the regulatory environment in Italy; designing and developing new functions to support the marketing plans in Italy; modifying*developing content applications and games for the Italian market; and documenting designs and technical solutions.
This role is based in London and will not require extensive traveling.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
