Technical support person required for 1st and 2nd level customer support. Some VBscript and *or SQL required The successful candidate will have had two years of support experience with strong desire to progress from support to programming in the medium term. This is an opportunity to learn .Net You will have good Windows and Support skills and some of SQL Server, VB Script, Access, Crystal Reports, remote desktop tools. The role will require providing 1st and 2nd level support to the client`s customers; carrying out data conversions from a variety of sources into SQL Server; Writing VBScript to customise customer`s software; write reports for customers against SQL Server; and remotely install client`s software onto customers` systems using remote desktop tools.
