Implementation Consultant 3 years+ Training* Consultancy experience, MS Products, SQL , Access Database, Software Project Management exp - 30k- 40k plus car allowance Keny
Implementation Consultant for HR Software solutions provider required. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years+ Training * Consultancy experience, MS Products, SQL , Access Database, Software Project Management required to install and upgrade HR Software for new and existing clients on customer sites. To undertake user training on all aspects of the HR product set. Recommend Process improvements for clients to ensure they maximize the benefits of the HR software.
You will carry out on site consultancy, manage client implementations to time and budget, conduct project management meetings and create all project documentation. Undertake data mapping exercises, carry out system installations and upgrades on client sites. Provide internal training on HR product suite; develop system documentation, training materials, advice and guidance to customers on system usage. Identify additional sales * upgrade opportunities
Skills: Minimum 3 years plus Training * Consultancy experience, Knowledge of MS Products, experience of working for Software organization including Software Project Management, experience of SQL , Access Database, exp
