My client based in Edinburgh are looking for experienced Call Centre agents to work within a busy call centre supporting customers (both internal and external). You will be required to utilize your technical skills, available systems and tools, and understanding of known solutions to resolve any problems when necessary. You will work directly with the customer to understand the problem, and *or escalate problem to other analysts (e.g., Support Specialists) to help facilitate the resolution of a problem. 1 Years experience in a Call Center environment; PC literacy; keyboard proficiency. Candidates who ideally have experience with scheduling*liasing with engineers and clients. Excellent customer services skills and good telephone manor. Please send CVs ASAP.
