Helpdesk Manager * Customer Support Manager required by our client, a leading Coventry based IT Solutions provider and supplier of accounting software solutions. Joining*leading a highly skilled team of support professionals that have a focused approach to delivering exceptional customer service, this challenging role will see you ensuring that the support department is running at its optimum, that calls are being dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, calls are escalated and appropriate actions taken with suppliers, customers and internally, visiting customers per week to carry out face to face contract reviews and identifying additional revenue opportunities. To be considered for this role you must be very IT literate and an accomplished user of MS Office with extensive reporting and analysis skills, experience of working in a support role and have previous customer services experience, excellent communication skills, be confident, calm, helpful, well organised, reliable and able to work under pressure. Ideally, you will also have experience running a computerised accounting system (Sage, Pegasus, Exchequer, Access Accounts, or similar) and have a qualification or experience in book keeping or accountancy.
