My client requires a German and English speaking, customer-focused individual to provide a professional first point of contact for its global customers. The Helpdesk is Global, supporting sites in Europe and the rest of the world on a 24*7 basis. Therefore my client requires candidates who are fluent in German and English. Candidates will be required to answer inbound telephone calls from customers in order to meet global service level agreements. Candidates will be required to process these calls, conduct initial fault diagnostics and progress or resolve where possible. Candidates will be accountable for the overall management of the case so to provide the best possible service to the customers. Candidates will also be required to provide updates as needed to the customer in order to meet performance objectives. Candidates are required to have excellent customer service skills. Must have a basic knowledge of CISCO (CCNA certification). Experience of NORTEL will also be beneficial. Candidates will be given full training and must be willing to expand their knowledge.
