Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Take the predefined solution requirements, define and specify the various options within the product and agree and deliver the most appropriate solution to the client
Take the predefined business processes and work with the client to define the detailed operational process and procedures.
Define and agree data mapping and migration strategy with the client.
Define, agree and manage testing strategy.
Provide advice and guidance to the client on how to make the best and most efficient use of the products.
Support the solution in the operational environments for the duration of the Implementation phases.
Establish and maintain a high quality of communication with client.
Ensure successful client handover.
Ensure successful Client Support handover.
Provide regular reports to Implementation management.
Be accountable for all implementation activities assigned to you within a project
Provide guidance and mentoring to others
Provide a high level of leadership and management
Assist Senior Management with the planning and strategy of the Practice through to execution
Ensure all implementation tasks assigned to an individual or team working on a specific project are carried out in an efficient and timely manner
Provide regular Status Reports to Programme, Project and Implementation Management
Be accountable for all implementation activities assigned to you within a project
Accept accountability for lesser-experienced team members activities within the project
Accountable to clients for implementation tasks within projects
Increase own expertise in the relevant Convergys products, and assist in the development of the team knowledge base
Frequent travel to client and Convergys sites across EMEA region.
Candidate Profile:
Proficient with standard office software.
Knowledge of UNIX SQL and Oracle or similar.
Knowledge of software implementation.
Understand the need for confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to analyse systems and client business needs.
Ability to make decisions regarding time and priority management.
Good client-facing skills.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Flexible, mobile, ability to think creatively and independently.
Professionally oriented attitude with willingness to accept challenge and ownership.
Knowledge of telecommunications is highly desirable.

Education & Professional Certifications Required:
Suitable candidates will have a 2.1 or 1st class degree in one of the following:
