Professional Services Project Director - West London - £60k-£70k plus excellent benefits
Our client in West London is looking for a Professional Services Project Director to oversee the development and implementation of large scale multi million dollar projects. Responsibilities include completion of requirement definitions, functional specification, design, system and technical architecture definition, implementation and unit system testing and final deployment. This person also provides both management and technical leadership. Utilizes project management tools such as MS project (or equivalent) to estimate projects and monitor planning and progress techniques. This person selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Must have: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of large scale IT project management experience involving multiple vendors and technologies. Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience. Successful candidate must have led deployment of a million plus user application. Must have solid technical understanding of network based applications.
