The European Intel Server Leader required to implement Gloval service delivery. Specialised support for project activity in Europe and North America. Perform periodical “Stand by” duty. Support Intel Server, Systems Hardware, Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, Monitoring tools, Backup management, Lotus Notes Domino admin. Admin of HP Proliant and IBM x-Series servers, Lotus Notes Domino server support. Problem determination and diagnosis. Monitoring, updating and resolution. Follow up evolution of performance and capacity usage of servers, initiate necessary actions to ensure continued provision of SLAs. Responsible for technical availability of systems to agreed SLAs. Precautions to prevent service disruptions Restore services in case of disruption or disaster and participate in disaster recovery etc. PC OS*applications (Wi2K, Windows XP, Office, Visio, Lotus Notes, …) Windows 2000-2003 Server OS. Active Directory,… à “Senior” support skills Lotus Notes 6.5.1 Admin. Basic database admin SQL-Oracle. Basic Network infrastructure knowledge. Good knowledge of HP server hardware (accreditation desirable). IBM server support (accreditation desirable). Linux (desirable). Languages: Fluent English, Verbal French and Dutch desirable.
