My client who are a leading provider of market data to financial institutions, based in London, seek an experienced Chief Financial Officer on a part time basis of 1-2 days. Reporting to the group CEO you will have overall financial responsibility for the 3 group companies, liasing with professional advisors, preparation of financial accounts, budgeting and forecasting, tax planning and a key role in strategic planning. In order to apply for this position you MUST HAVE the following experiences:- 1) Be a qualified accountant with an impressive track record in senior financial management positions, 2) Have first class communication and man management skills. Advantageous experience includes understanding of the software industry and the financial services industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well respected firm. Successful candidates can expect to receive a pro rota salary of £50-100K for 1-2 days a week + good benefits.
