A fantastic opportunity to become part of a major retail organization as a member of the Senior Management Team.!
Essential - 5 years experience in HR with C 3 years at management level and membership of the CIPD .Ideally having worked in a multi-site retail or service organization and having managed the work of a small team .You`ll need experience of creating and implementing policies and guidelines, providing an advisory service to Senior Managers. , knowledge of and ability to apply UK and EU employment legislation. You must be able to demonstrate analytical, influencing and persuasion skills and professional credibility with all levels of management. Duties will include HR Strategy and Policy, Employee Relations, Team Management, Recruitment and Retention, Training & Development, Reward and Communication.
