Our client requires technical support analysts to work within a dynamic and progressive IT Support team. You will be responsible for the day to day technical support of internal IT Systems, customer support both over the phone and face to face, technical installations and maintenance as well as assisting with ad-hoc IT projects. To apply for the role YOU MUST HAVE; at least 2 years desktop support experience within a structured environment, technical expertise with Windows NT*2000*XP, MS Office, Hardware and Software and any experience with Lotus Notes would be beneficial.
You will have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality as well as a troubleshooting manner.
Please note this role will be offered on a fixed term contract basis.
