MIS* IS * IT graduate with 1-4 years postgraduate experience in a management reporting or finance function.
The main IT tools used are SQL Server 2000, MS Access and MS Excel. It is therefore essential that you understand the theory of relational databases and have demonstrable practical skills in a major RDMBS (eg. SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase). Experience with MS Access and Excel is also essential.
You will have the confidence to present data in a meaningful and useful way and to be able to defend the accuracy and quality of the information you provide. You will therefore be a natural analyst and problem-solver, with a good head for numbers that is demonstrated on your CV (eg. A level in Mathematics). Any finance experience or qualifications will be advantageous.
You will be part of a team of analysts , this is a highly visible opportunity for a keen and motivated individual looking to grow their SQL Server skills and business knowledge.
