My client seeks a Business Process Systems Analyst, with at least 4 years finance*accounting systems experience. As a Business Process Analyst you will play a vital and strategic role leading key finance business process improvement projects across the end user community. As such you must have an excellent functional and technical understanding of finance systems and be able to facilitate workshops and drive business process improvements. You must have used Six Sigma methodologies and ideally be Green Belt certified as this will be the standard against which you must drive business change within the Finance Function. If you have completed your DMAIC training, so much the better, but you must have knowledge of this methodology in order to demonstrate your pedigree and quality driven approach. You will have strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of finance processes and systems and be confident in identifying and implementing process improvements.
