Our client is seeking a Plumber to provide first class building maintenance services to the hospital.
You will carry out new installation work and carry out planned preventive maintenance schedules, trouble shoot heating and plumbing systems as required and respond to emergency maintenance requests, supervise external contractors, carry out all work in adherence to health and safety and COSHH policies and related guidelines.
The successful candidate must have relevant City and Guilds Certificate; five years post qualification experience and have good communication skills and experience in a hospital * hotel environment is desirable but not essential.
