Ciklum is the leading outsourcing company of Danish origin that specializes in the nearshore outsourcing services. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
Professional Requirements:
• 2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in IT)
• experience in candidate selection, interviewing and evaluation process
• knowledge of direct search and headhunting techniques
• ability to lead full cycle recruitment process
• good understanding of job market
• experience in communication with foreign clients
• advanced English skills
Personal requirements:
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• positive and result-oriented attitude
• ability to work with several tasks effectively
• ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Initiative, self-motivated
