Our client is a high profile commercial interiors company. They are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of commercial estimating, commercial management. Key responsibilities include: Obtaining client assessments and working analysis. Arranging review meetings where appropriate with all internal functions including, design, project management services etc. Identify timescales for the contract processes and ensure all parties are aware of their commitment Preparing estimates and firm price proposals, obtaining of quotations form suppliers and sub-contractors from the company’s approved supplier database. Your experience in construction*estimating*design will be a distinct advantage.
