To co-ordinate the implementation of the remaining phases of the new Housing IT and Housing Benefit IT systems. To co-ordinate the development and implementation of interfaces with other departmental and corporate systems. To co-ordinate the implementation of further phases of the new IT system for the Housing Services Section of the Department of Community and Childrens Services, including the following main areas: Supporting the staff of the Housing and Housing Benefit Services department in completing their agreed actions and tasks on time; Liaising with the system suppliers, agreeing ownership of tasks and ensuring their completion; Loading of data into the new IT system, Supporting staff in their use of the system, including providing one on one training where required; Monitoring the day to day progress of the project and identifying, and where appropriate resolving, any issues. Producing weekly and monthly progress reports and reporting progress, with the Systems Development Manager, at Project Board and other project meetings Organising project related meetings and minuting decisions and action points, Liaising with suppliers to ensure that the Corporations business processes are understood and supported by the new system, Maintaining the project file and other project documentation, Reporting on the achievement of project objectives and lessons learnt following implementation.For more opportunities, please visit www.synergygroup.co.uk.
