Rapidly expanding is seeking an experienced co-ordinator to liaise with clients and contractors for provision of various soft services. The role will include carrying out regular inspections, preparing performance reports, and ensuring delivery of services according to SLA. Services. Examples of contracts include: Internal and external cleaning, Vending and catering, Grounds maintenance and internal planting, Waste management. You will be responsible for all aspects of client moves and changes, including maintaining floor plans and client staff listings. You will monitor internal and external fabric conditions and manage repair or remedial works as required. The right person will have the ability to develop skills and knowledge to gain experience in other areas of FM, including some hard service elements. This is a great role that will offer variety, the chance to learn new skill and progress within the company.
