EPAM Systems (www.epam.com), one of the largest Software Engineering Services Companies in European IT market, CMMI Level 4 certified, is looking for Lead .NET Software Engineer for its Kiev Office.
Requirements:
• At least 5 year of experience;
• Fluent English. Candidate should be able to discuss technical questions and team progress on daily calls.
• Good understanding of OOP/ODD and design patterns principles;
• Good understanding of software development process;
• Experience in development of big corporate applications;
• Experience in managing small teams;
• Experience in ASP.NET not less than 2 years;
• Experience in WCF not less than half year;
• Very good knowledge of .NET Framework;
• Good knowledge of LINQ, Silverlight is a big plus
• Good knowledge of SQL is a plus;
• Good understanding and experience in Unit Testing is a plus;
• Experience in TFS is a plus;
Responsibilities:
• Participation in the development of requirements, system architecture and planning;
• Software development in accordance with the requirements derived;
• Decision challenges.
