For the professional at the career crossroads trying to determine whether to pursue a technical opportunity or a client relationship management opportunity, LivePerson wants you to merge your passion for both as our next Engagement / Program Specialist. In a "soup-to-nuts" role you will be solely responsible and take ownership of engagements with LivePerson`s middle-market clients taking them from pre-sales, to the gathering of requirements, through design and development, into deployment, all the way to launch, optimization, and QA. You will be the main point of contact for our mid-sized clients looking to have the same benefit of real-time assistance that our enterprise clients do. This role is tailored for the hungry, driven candidate who seeks to bring program management to their resume within the next couple of years by showcasing strong client communication skills and technical development expertise.

This will require top-notch professionalism and communication skills as you become the main LivePerson point of contact after the contract is signed. Unique to this role will be the fact that you not only gather the requirements from your clients but you will also utilize your program design and hands-on web development (HTML and JavaScript) expertise to develop the solution. Technical hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and/or Object Oriented programming is required in your candidacy.
