Full-time, temporary position for field inspection of park construction in NYC location(s) tbd. Must provide own transportation.
Read plans and specifications. Inspect work for quality and conformance. Monitor testing, schedules and project costs.
Make daily reports and measurement of work.
Coordinate correspondence, records, submittals, shop drawings and change orders. Process payments.
Candidate must be a well-organized self-starter with excellent communication skills and with an attention to detail.
