Top Executive Search Firm is seeking a full time Research Associate/Junior Recruiter for our Global Capital Markets and Alternative Investments Division. We specialize in working with high end institutional clients such as hedge funds, investment banks, private equity firms, traditional asset managers, etc.



Our focus is recruiting positions in banking, portfolio management, sales, trading, collateral analysis, marketing, programming, quantitative analysis, research, strategy, structuring, and risk management at all levels - Analyst to Managing Director/Group Head.



Currently we are seeking talented research associates to become key members of our team to help this fast-growing business reach its goals. These individuals will be highly motivated and comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.



In this dynamic position you will market our organization to new prospects and proactively recruit top industry talent for our existing clients. Our clients include top tier investment banks, emerging and established hedge funds, private equity firms, prominent asset management firms, well-known insurers, major credit enhancers, principal investors, and commercial banks.



You will be provided with state-of-the-art technology, on-going education and training to help you achieve great success with our firm.



Responsibilities:



„« Fearless ability to cold call and market into decision makers of small to large size companies.

„« Build a sales pipeline of qualified sales Candidates.

„« Identify and qualify legitimate new opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.

„« Manage/overcome prospect objections.

„« Cultivate existing relationships, break into new accounts, and create long standing relationships.

„« Build and maintain network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects.

„« Develop and implement sales plans and activities.

„« Track market trends.

„« Construct competitive landscape analysis.

„« Effectively follow-up with prospects to develop business.

„« Work with staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients.

„« Anticipate customer needs and identify appropriate alternatives and solutions.

„« Prepare weekly recruitment reports for meetings, update monthly global reports and prepare annual recruitment analysis for H.R. Client Relationship Managers.

„« Collaborate with recruiting team to share recruitment strategies and viable candidates for other business areas.

„« Manage relationships with preferred vendors and establish new vendor contracts as needed.



Minimum Requirements:



Candidate must be comfortable working extensively over the phone; Must have an engaging personality, be assertive, take initiative and be a proactive change agent; Must be a self-starter, very organized and comfortable working independently; Must be able to meet tight deadlines and be flexible to changing work-flow and demands with proven ability in multi-tasking various projects simultaneously.



Must have:



„« Bachelor`s Degree

„« Recent Graduate

„« 1-2 Years of Sales Experience Preferred

„« Good computer skills including MS Office, internet

„« Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

„« Strong analytical and organizational skills

„« Experience with a recruiting database is preferred
