We seek a bright detail oriented person with good financial and people skills.
Activities are both office and field based.
Deal with both tenant and building issues at properties located in New York City and Nassau County.
Knowledge of Quickbook, Excel and Microsoft Word is desired.
This is a part-time position(14-20 hours per week)
It is a great learning experience for the right person.
