This organisation is one of the largest privately owned building services companies in the UK.
Strategically based regional offices have allowed them to service their private and public sector client base adopting the highest possible standards in mechanical and electrical contracting.
A large number of the team’s senior management and site based personnel are long serving and have been promoted through organic growth which is indicative of how the organisation manages it business internally and externally.
Working alongside your electrical counterparts, and liaising with all other key members of the project team at pre and post contract stage, you will be responsible for the control of plant and materials associated with HVAC installations.
Projects come from both the private and public sector and include major healthcare and educational contracts as well as a healthy ongoing and future workload for blue chip commercial and retail clients .
Your duties as Project Engineer include supervising the directly employed site staff and sub-contractors in the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. You will be reporting directly to your Project Manager and working closely with them to ensure the projects are ran effectively and completed within the timescale and budget.
