Title: Manager, Online Ad Operations
Industry: Online Advertising/Media/New Media
Flying Point Media is seeking a hardworking, motivated, and detail oriented individual with at least 3 years experience in online media advertising operations. Our company is seeking an Ad Operations Manager to join its media team, who will be challenged with new responsibilities and assisting in the growth of our company and success. The position requires a strong and varied skill set, as well as strong communication skills. Candidates must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities will include:
• Supervise day-to-day executions and deployment of agency media campaigns
• Work closely with media teams to establish implementation of online advertising campaigns through necessary ad servers to ensure seamless and efficient implementation
• Ensure that ad campaigns are created and properly set up in Atlas/DFA in a timely and accurate manner, troubleshoot
• Communicate any delivery issues to publishers and work towards a solution
• Issue and sign off on publisher Insertion Orders
• Upload, manage, and assign creative for all campaigns
• Organize and submit traffic instructions to publishers and provide ad specifications for all creative types to media teams for respective ad servers
• Answer internal and external inquiries about the status of ad campaigns
Qualifications
• MUST have 3+ years experience with DART DFA and/or ATLAS
Do not apply for this position unless you have 3+ years of experience with one of these ad serving platforms
• Strong communication and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
