For the Expediter Position:
We are an Expediting/Architectural and Engineering company on Long Island and are looking for a NYC expediter.
All of our work is in the five Boroughs of New York City. We are looking for someone with experience, who knows The Department of Buildings well. Someone who can prepare an Entire Alteration Type I or an Alt II, a sub division application from the beginning to the end, and then file it with the Department of Buildings. You should also know how to attend ECB hearings, remove ECB violations, Stop Work Orders, file PAA`s, sign offs, Meetings with plans examiners.
We are ready to hire today once we find the ideal candidate. We need someone who wants a permanent job to grow, learn more and evolve. Financially and Professionally.

We are looking for an Architect or Engineer for a per project basis:
We need someone who is familiar with Alt I`s, Sub divisions, HVAC work, and Place of Assembly applications. If you have successfully (approval and sign off) prepared plans for these types of applications, we are interested in meeting with you.
You must be licensed in New York State.
