Growing firm based in Manhattan is seeking a part time or full time junior web developer.
We innovative research and media company using the Internet to aggregate health and medical content globally for investors and those building the companies shaping the future of health and medicine. We are seeking a well rounded individual with a strong programming background to join our team. The candidate will be part of a team responsible for the development and implementation of software projects and custom web applications.
Job Requirements:
-2 years of development experience
-Self-starter who can work independently and meet project goals
-Must possess excellent time management skills
-Exposure to web 2.0 solutions
-Strong attention to quality, detail
-Client interfacing experience
-Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication/interpersonal skills
Development experience utilizing the following:
- HTML, Java Script essential
- PHP, MySQL, Joomla, Wordpress or XML development experience a plus
