A great opportunity for a standards driven manager with a proven quality F&B background. Reporting to the G.M. you will lead and motivate a team of strong department heads whilst delivering maximum guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
The key requirements for this role are as follows:
3 – 4 years in senior food and beverage management.
Either Food and Beverage Manager position in hotel with turnover in excess of £2 million (F & B Sales), or at least two years experience at DGM level in 75 to 100 room hotel.
Full understanding of all F & B revenue and controls.
Foundation understanding of rooms business.
Hands on management approach.
Standards and results driven.
A proven team builder and leader.
Has clear and direct communication skills.
Ability to implement policies and procedures and to police them.
The proven ability to work in a high pressure environment and strive in it.
