Managing and renewing computer support contracts and maintaining LAN equipment inventory database. Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading computer hardware, software and peripheral equipment. Troubleshoot and assist OIG staff with computer systems including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems. Maintain OIG website and design using Adobe Dreamweaver and upload new web content as needed, or manipulate graphics for various office projects. Maintenance of an adequate inventory of computer supplies.
Such other duties as are assigned by the IT Manager.
Compensation: $49,130 - $73,695
