General Summary

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to manage Ipreo’s existing and growing client base, which includes supporting the BD Corporate, BD Advanced & BD Vision products and serving as the primary contact for all relevant Ipreo products and partnership integrations. Account Managers follow proactive account management strategies to support clients in the following areas: training sessions, leading on-site meetings and account reviews, offering continuing product education, presenting best practices for Investor Relations workflow, and delivering extraordinary customer service via email and phone communication.





Principal Duties and Responsibilities (%)

• Exceed customer’s expectations by providing extraordinary service for all customer requests.

• Provide training and assistance to client base through training sessions, presentations, and inbound customer contact. (40%)

• Understand the Investor Relations industry and the job functions of your clients in order to become an invaluable resource to your clients. (15%)

• Troubleshoot client issues and work with internal groups to solve client problems. (20%)

• Meet travel expectations for on-site client meetings (10%)

• Work with sales team to renew and expand current accounts (10%)

• Continuously work to promote the Bigdough products and identify sales opportunities. (5%)

• Sales Support ¡V 10% of Time

• Analyze sales pipeline data related to market needs and support management reporting

• Analysts will have significant exposure to all levels of management within Ipreo.







Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• 1-2 years client account management or relevant industry experience i.e. Finance/Sales.

• Detail oriented

• Excellent communication and writing skills, outstanding customer service orientation

• Ability to Multi-task

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Exceptional organizational ability

• Self Motivated

• Financial Industry knowledge (preferred)

• Ability to work with all levels of management

• Creative Problem Solving

• Account Management

• Word, Excel proficiency

• Bachelor`s degree
