Demonstrate leadership qualities as evident by ability to motivate the department, facilitate great thinking, and keep the morale of the department high. Proactively seek opportunities for improvements in the department and offer executable solutions. Consistently provide fresh, unique, "out of the box" thinking with regard to concept development and other marketing/advertising initiatives. Ensure that Agency work is on strategy and contributes to growing the Client`s business. Demonstrate ability to "zoom in and out" (big picture thinking well as attention to details) as necessary. Plan/manage career development of staff: supervise AD or AAD if applicable. Qualifications: College degree; 6 years of art direction experience, preferably in advertising; 3 years experience in managing others; Proficiency with Macintosh and programs; Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
