LPNs
Per Diem and Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses, are needed to provide skilled nursing services for our elder clients and supervision for our paraprofessional staff. Will work on a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive eldercare services for our clients.

Requirements
Current /valid New York State LPN license and CPR
Home care experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year LPN nursing experience within the last three years.
