Construction firm looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
o Start Immediately
• Candidate must look and act personable and have a pleasant phone voice
• Able to work and be on time daily from 7:30am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Able to perform all tasks and duties of the front end, including but not limited to:
o Always keep front desk covered and Greet all persons
o Answer and transfer phone calls
o Keep front end neat and clean
o Keep kitchen stocked, make coffee as needed, and keep area neat and clean
o Place and accept orders for breaks and lunch
o Run errands as needed
o Sort and distribute mail
o Accept deliveries
o Drop off mail at end of day
o Gather and toss garbage at end of day
• Computer skills a plus, indicate your level with the following:
o Excel – including spreadsheets
o Microsoft Word
o Outlook
o FileMaker
o Timberline
• Willing to be a team player and assist all department when necessary
• Able to follow direction and work deadlines
• Internet experience a plus, indicate your level
