Working as a rentals specialist you will have
the following responsibilities:
• Presenting and meeting with clients on location to show them
available apartments from our frequently updated listings.
• Managing marketing campaigns by creating and posting ads on
Craigslist and NY Times daily, and follow our marketing schedule to
optimize potential deals.
• Prospecting new landlords and managers.
• Contacting or meeting with new landlords and managers.
• Identifying new rental opportunities.
• Photographing new rental opportunities and vacancies for
advertisements.
