A new division of an established contemporary women`s collection seeks a talented, focused, and driven part time production coordinator with min. 2 years working experience, which can lead into a full time job! Ideal person will have vast knowledge of the contemporary market including all trends, competitors, and price points. We are looking for someone who has the abilities to manage a collection from conception all the way through to production. Our collection is primarily woven tops and dresses. Please note experience w/ Indian factories, or new referrals/connections a major PLUS. This process includes but is not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Fabric and Factories
- Product development and correspondence with overseas factories.
- Coordinate overseas productions
- Oversea import and international logistics
- Quality control
- Conceptual/ Line creation and sampling
- Production placement
- Production follow-up
