The type of real estate agent you deserve
Financial District expert needed - Offering an entire 67-unit building
exclusively
This position entails being the
exclusive, on-site broker for an entire DSA-owned 67-unit building
in the Financial District. This means that the agent in this position gets 100% of the walk-ins, all the building sign calls, all the Rent Direct leads, current tenant referrals and move-outs, etc, etc.
There is no better rental position in the Financial District
. Why work at a big company competing with 50 other agents and have only the open listings to rent? DSA is offering an
entire business
to the right person.
You make money two ways - 1. Renting the 11 Maiden Lane exclusives and 2. Renting other FiDi listings to clients that you get from 11 Maiden Lane.
Please note, there is NO official base salary. It IS a rental agent position
. However, the
exclusives
from just this one building provide an approximate base of $25,000 or so and provide unlimited client leads to take to other Financial District buildings.
This is without a doubt the best rental agent position in the entire Financial District. Expected income is over $80,000 in the first year. The second year, once a team is established, should be over $100,000 easily.
The track record in this position proves these numbers. However, it takes a highly reliable, educated, well-spoke and extremely hard-working person to do this. Computer skills are also a must.
We will be interviewing this week and will be highly selective with such a special opportunity. This is a career position and we’re looking for someone perfect. This position requires a lot of hard work, research and hours. If you’re even the slightest bit lazy and don’t consider yourself to be a super-hard worker, then please don’t submit a resume.
