The Email Marketing List Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing list database maintenance, providing a comprehensive, clean database of customer information designed to increase customer transactions, retentions and conversions.
As primary contact for all list management needs, manage assignments/deliverables from internal and external Marketing and Sales clients.
Maintain customer and prospect lists for all Vendome direct marketing activities.
Track, measure and report campaign results.
Aggregate monthly/weekly email analytics.
Monitor e-mail address lists to ensure data integrity through ongoing e-mail address imports and exports and data synchronization.
Run data queries on request to support Marketing and Sales departments.
We require a bachelor`s degree and a minimum of 1-3 years experience in the marketing industry. Strong excel skill required. Working knowledge of HTML and Dreamweaver a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi task, meet deadlines, interact within multiple levels of the organization and work with minimal supervision.
