Prominent cosmetic surgery practice in Manhattan seeks an experienced manager. This position will oversee day-to-day operations and will be the key link to patients from first encounter through scheduling, to post procedure satisfaction.
The successful candidate should be a fast paced self-starter who has demonstrated management expertise in an industry that caters to high-end clients in luxury services such as hospitality, cosmetics, salons, or spas.
Our desired candidate would also possess:
• Proven leadership record, initiative, and a take charge attitude necessary.
• Proven ability to help increase add-on sales of products and services.
• Advanced verbal, written, and computer skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are a must.
• Rich background in customer service, personnel management and sales.
• Experience in an elective surgery or medical spa environment preferred
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize and lead the team to success
