ALM is looking for a Designer who will be responsible for the development of digital and print promotional collateral, and innovative sales and marketing solutions that support the ALM brand and the portfolio of legal, real estate and event products and services. The Designer works with Brand Management team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral to internal clients. The right candidate must possess conceptual thinking skills, equal abilities to work online and in traditional media with strong interactive, website, email experience as well as energy, a passion for the work, and a desire to deliver innovative successful solutions for clients. The candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to multi-task and provide a high-level of customer service.
Requirements:
• Significant experience with InDesign, Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, MAC OSX.
• Experience of 2-5 years as designer or art director in an agency or in-house
• Experience in developing creative digital marketing solutions.
• Must execute ideas in the form of print ads, and print collateral as well as web ads, landing pages and e-blasts
• Works well in a collaborative creative environment with other experienced designers
• Knowledge of ActionScript 3, CSS and email best practices is a plus
• Social media experience a plus
